Our Harvest Festival took place on Thursday, 11 October. Children generously brought in packets and tins of food which were donated to Surestart to support families in need. The pupils sang and spoke very well at the festival.
We took part in a Tri Golf festival and got a trophy. Mrs Jones, our fabulous cook, receives the Gold Award for 9 out of 10 pupils having school dinners eating her healthy and tasty meals.
We are reading together and helping each other practice and learn.
We visited York museum and learned how life used to be in Victorian times, including sitting at the old school desks. In September we had a family fun evening. Mrs Andrews conducts the choir. We love singing any time.
We visited a farm and a farmers market. This tractor is as big as a house!
